Bonjour~ It is another lovely birthday post! Yittai!(=⌒▽⌒=) So sit back and enjoy all of the foodies, sweets, and freebies I've received! Also, what's an Afrojuku blog post without my typical rants in it? LOL(≧▽≦)
Before I begin, when I woke up on the morning of my birthday 12/8, by my mother that there is snow outside! This is a photo of a snowflake on my gown sleeve. Click here to see more images!🌨❄⛄☃
I got my birthday wishes from my family!
So on 12/9, I got dressed in my beautiful MA*RS outfit along with Forever21 and Agaci, and went with my parents to Walmart.
After I was done, we went to IHOP. It was just me and my dad inside. As usual, the *sshole cook took forever with the food. There wasn't that many customers to begin with. It looked like he was the only one back there cooking. And on a dirty grill! There were specks of what appeared to have been pepper on my hot cakes! Here's what they look like.🍽🥞🍓
Once we left there, we went on to Chili's. So this is what I got. I shared it with my step sister, but kept the rest and took it home.🍽🍦🍪
After that we went to Olive Garden. I have not been here in YEARS! Remember the last time I was here, and I didn't get the food I wanted? I think I still have that review on Yelp. It was my first review. So anyway, boy, has it changed since the last time I was here! They give you these vibrating pods with numbers on it. This place was packed! I can understand because the commercials be killing it! Their only con, is that they serve their good sh*t only on weekdays!
It was just my father and I. I wasn't sure what to get, the waiter had to get me another menu because the ones given to us were only for food. The waiter gave me a dessert menu and I picked out the Italian donuts. I had some wine.🥂 Here's a photo of the donuts with the chocolate sauce. They are called Zeppoli.🍩 He also spelled out Happy Birthday on it for me! That was so sweet!(*⌒∇⌒*) I actually enjoyed my time here, except they need to wash the dishes better. F*ck around and I'll bring my own clean dishes for them to serve my food on!(¬_¬)
Was I drunk? Nope... ◠‿◠ |
I've been watching the first season of Stranger Things 12/15. I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed this show! The reason it took me so long to watch this, is because I am not one to want hop on the train of everything trendy. But I have to say that this show is definitely worth the hype!(*^o^*)
I headed out again for my birthday 12/16.
I went to Sephora to pick up my freebies. This is my first time going into this store since I am used to seeing it inside of Macys. I love the samples that were out but I don't trust using public samples. Once I said I was getting my birthday, the cashier dinged the bell and the other workers yelled out Happy Birthday. Wow! lol I do plan to come back here【alone】!
Then I went to Villa Kitchen for my pizza slice🍕 and cookie.🍪 Edit- The next day, I thought that the pretty light skinned chick working there gave me pepperoni pizza. But I checked today to see that it was cheese. Boy was it delicious!
I went to Red Robin for my Red Tavern Cheeseburger with fries. I wanted the double tavern but the mudshark who works there【who I reported before】told me to get something off the menu. That burger was f*cking horrible! If I am returning in the future is questionable. I told my parents that I may cease from eating out here. Edit- I've contacted them, and am awaiting them to call me. Edit again- See next post on Christmas for more updates.
I went to BJ's for my birthday pizookie. Edit- The next day, as I was going to eat this, look how small this sh*t is. What a complete and total waste! Just like with the others, I don't think I will be returning here.
Lastly, I went to Ulta. Despite the long line, I was happy to get my birthday gift. I love this store!
From Ulta, I got IT Cosmetics Superhero Mascara. From Sephora, I got Caudalie Vinosource Moisturizing Sorbet & Vinoperfect Radiance Serum. I read that they also give free makeovers, perhaps I will look into this next year, when I don't have dead weight following me around.
Photos taken December 2nd
I will conclude here and post up another blog entry about Christmas, even though I don't really celebrate this holiday. If you've enjoyed this blog post, feel free to donate. Arigato~
