Hello darlings~ Welcome to the November edition of this blog post. Hopefully this month went well for you guys and that you guys haven't eaten a lot for Thanksgiving!🦃
As some of you may or may not know, I do NOT like November. It is usually the coldest and dismal month of the year for me.
On the 3rd, my brother's girlfriend got us some free tickets to go see Bohemian Rhapsody!
After we head out, my mother wanted to eat those dollar chicken nuggets from Burger King. I figured we had a little time before we go to the show so why not? We ordered our stuff and there was a newbie there. I told my mother at the table that it didn't take me forever to use those machines and I wasn't even trained. I'm not mad at the young lady but her manager should have taken the time to properly train her. We ate chicken nuggets with fries. I had a frozen coke. My dad was complaining about how they needed to change the grease because it was dirty. That annoyed my mother because she loves this particular location. lmao😂
So after that, it was show time! I've never been to The Movie Tavern. It's been approximately eight years since I've went to a theater. The last film I watched was The Expendables. It was just me and my brother again. I have to say that this place is interesting and it's my first time going here. I didn't order anything even though I wanted to. I was fortunate that LSU took the crowds away from the theater because I hate crowded places【especially these folks】. There was about six people in total in the theater.
I enjoyed the previews especially the Elton John biopic that is set to show in theaters next summer. We may go see it! I knew it was Elton John movie once I heard Benny and the Jets.
As for the movie, Rami F＊cking Malek! He killed this role! I understand folks wanting Sacha Baron Cohen to play Freddie Mercury but Rami wasn't that bad! Keep in mind, Rami has a similar racial background to Freddie's which made him perfect for this role. For some reason, I thought Freddie Mercury was biracial【Indian mum/English dad】. I absolutely love this movie! I noticed that even though my brother is a so called die hard Queen fan, looked like he didn't know most of their music. To be honest me, I only heard about Queen back in the early 2000s when a White guy played the beat to 'Another One Bites The Dust' in a Yahoo interracial chatroom. You guys know I am a MJ fan because he was who my folks played around me. This movie definitely got me interested more in the music. My father was obsessed with the Highlander movies and tv shows. Had me watching them as well. Come to find out, that theme song belonged to Queen! I just knew it because of the familiar voice. My father acts like he was a big fan of Queen yet I have never in my entire life, heard him play Queen in this house【with the exception of Highlander】! Ever!🙄
I kept looking over at my brother who was very uncomfortable with the revelation that Freddie Mercury was bisexual. I thought this was common knowledge, I found this out once I discovered who this band was. And I have no issue with it【obviously!】. Even if he was bi, this changes nothing about how talented he was! =Spoiler Alert= I was happy to see that his ex girlfriend and family【including his band mates】accepted him which made me smile. Because it's sad that even til this day, our lifestyle isn't considered normal. When the movie ended and my brother threw up his fist and said 'I love him.' That's all that matters.☺
The only thing that annoyed me is that noise my brother makes with his throat. He does it everyday at home and being this close to him made me want to chop him in the throat. Ugh...😒
I've been feeling like I want to see this again. I don't purchase movies but I think when this comes out, I may purchase it! I like Rami Malek. I saw something in him once I watched Mr. Robot. I really loved him in Until Dawn too!! He's a star and is very talented! And he's also a Black Kang【seriously as he's from Africa】. lol I was thinking that it's a shame Freddie and Mike didn't team up for a song. Edit- They have in the Static Shock demo【you can view the link on my Twitter feed!】. I love it!💜
I didn't like the fact that Bryan Singer's name was attached to this film. I used to watch that documentary years ago about p3d0ph1l1@ in the industry, his name was mentioned throughout it. I'm looking at him, he's not a bad looking guy but why little boys? Everyone knows I am passionate about the protection of children. Oh well, I didn't pay for this film, my brother's friend did. I still enjoyed it nonetheless.🤷🏾♀
My brother's friend told me through text that she's going to do things for me from now and on. She told me that every time she brings up events to him, he declines. She has to understand that he's not an outgoing person period. But I do appreciate her for wanting to do things for me. She asked me if she could get tickets to any cons in my area, would I be interested? I said no because the people here are mean to me and I'd rather go to cons in California.The only thing I need ticket is my escape plan out of Louisiana. Forever...
On the 4th that early morning, I was up and lonely. My mom got up to fix coffee. I thought I'd try my tea! I used the one the left first!

This stuff is so bland that I had to add two teaspoons of sugar. I didn't add a lot because I want it to work! I was feeling bloated last night so I had to use this! I think the next time I use this【and the other one】, I will only drink it in a small mug【as pictured】with NO sugar! Oh god... lol️😩
Later on in the evening after eating, I've decided to drink some lemon water.🍋🥤 I find this better to drink and lemon is hella sour for me! I can see drinking this a few times a week.
I am so proud of myself for these past couple of days, I've had no snack cravings. I'm just trying to do better. I just wish I could do something about my main problem which is depression.☹
On the 5th, I tried my Mrs. Butterworth pancake in a cup. It was really good! It's in the same box design as the Betty Crocker Mug Treats.
Oh no! My beloved cat ears are broken! I have such a big ＊ss head! I felt so bad that I broke down and cried.😢 I haven't cried in forever because I felt like I was out of tears. As I've said above, November was never a good month for me.I had to prepare the other tea. And gah! It tastes awful! I had to put two teaspoons of sugar in it. I should have left it in a smaller mug. lol Bottoms up! Yuck!😄🤮
I washed my hair 11/17 and look at this new growth. It's only an inch but damn, I just bleached my hair three months ago. lol
On 19th I finally tried my probiotic drink by Naked. It wasn't until a minute later, my stomach started gurgling.😲 This stuff really worked and it tastes really good! I was telling my father that I don't like the taste of mangos nor do I like bananas🍌 being an ingredient with others. I like bananas on their own. I don't like banana flavored candy either.👎🏾
Aww, I didn't know my step sister liked Queen. Again, never heard any of them play their music in this house.
As for Thanksgiving, I didn't do anything. just like the day before, I spent most of my time outside. However, today, I was outside reading my E.A.P. book. I was actually attempting to read without my glasses. and guess what? I could read perfectly! I told my mother I hadn't read without my glasses in years! I miss walking around without glasses. i haven't thought about contacts but I am tempted to. I just worry about things going in my eye and such.

I know you guys are wondering why some of my blog posts look different? I have been cleaning up this blog. This blog will have a new look by next Summer. I am trying to make this blog positive and having all of this personal thoughts on here, I just don't want in the wrong hands. I have those entries on a private blog that is unlisted from the internet. We need to get back to what this blog was originally about: fashion and product reviews. Thank you guys for visiting this blog and I hope you guys continue to support me through my escape to ecstasy.💜
